Please cancel appointments within at least 24 hours. We understand illnesses and emergencies happen. Most clients have a specific date and time reserved for their recurring service. Every effort will be made to reschedule your appointment as time permits. 

Please contact us within 24 hours if you are unsatisfied with our cleaning service. We will return and re-clean the area in question. It is rare that we miss something while cleaning. 

No refunds, discounts, or credits will be given in lieu of a re-clean.
